Nutrition plays a very large role in balancing and connecting to our bodies. BMI has carefully selected Nutrition Plans and recipes to suit most dietary allowances and restrictions. Choose from an Individualized Plan (based on your specific needs and goals) to the most basic yet detailed guideline that is less structured but still offers the optimum nutritional benefits to meet your needs.
