Customized Nutrition Plans
BMI Nutrition Plans are customized are meal plans that are based on your specific needs and goals. The customized plan tell you exactly what to eat (i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) in portions that align with your specific macronutrient goals while keeping in mind your individual food preferences, activity level, and personal diet challenges. Your meal plan is created by a Precision Nutrition specialist, which will allow you the access to ongoing communication, support, and adjustments as needed. With my custom option, I do all of the planning for you! This meal plan is perfect for some who prefers to follow a structured plan. The custom meal plan includes:
• 1, 2 or 3-custom meal days per week, customized to your specific daily protein, carbohydrate, and fat settings to align with personal goals (workout and rest days included)
• Macronutrient adjustments, as needed
• Grocery shopping list
• unlimited email check-ins with BMI Fitness Nutritionist to assess progress

Optimal Nutrition Plans
BMI Nutrition Plans also provide non-structured options for those who enjoy the freedom to explore more creative ways to preparation and cooking their own meals, with a little guidance. The nutritional information provided in these plans offer a breakdown of macronutrients and categorizes each group for you, so you know what macro groupings should be eaten together, and when--for each meal--breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and workouts. Each plan also comes with a grocery shopping list (divided by categories), a meal tracker and a water intake tracker, to ensure you are consuming adequate portions, throughout your day.
