BMI's HEALTHY SELFIE program is an 8 week (2 phase) program for ladies who feel they need a little boost to get back into the swing of things. It's a total body fitness program focusing on weight loss, muscle toning, foundation movements, core strength, and proper techniques.
For this group ONLY, you will be getting an added bonus of ONE introductory group webinar (1 hour) and TWO (2) LIVE group webinars (60 minutes each, at the end of each phase)--where you ladies get to chat with me, or ask questions, talk about technique, any issues that might arise while performing the exercises, balancing your nutrition, etc.
